Our Board of Directors

CHRIS PANGBURN, Executive Director

Prior to forming the Redland Foundation, Chris spent many years working with boys and girls as a Basketball, Baseball, and Soccer coach. He has also been an Assistant Scout Master and Cub Scout Leader for more than 15 years and enjoys helping young people develop skills, self-confidence, and leadership capabilities. He believes the Redland Foundation will continue his passion for helping today’s youth in a more significant way.

JARED MACDONALD, Director

A passionate event planner, Jared is responsible for organizing Redland Foundation Community Days and other activities. He is dedicated to providing positive experiences and producing impactful projects to benefit children and teens. Jared is a new father and former High School football coach and that has inspired him to work more with youth programs.

MIKE PIETSCHMANN, Director

As a Board Member of the Redland Foundation, Mike is committed to providing support and organizing opportunities to help make the foundation’s mission a sustaining reality. He has been involved with other non-profit organizations and local schools in efforts to aid the community he lives within. Mike is excited for the next chapter of service through the Redland Foundation by making a positive impact on the lives of children and troubled youth in the community.

DEIDRA GONZALES, Secretary

Deidra’s passion in the community includes serving with Special Olympics Colorado, an organization near to her heart, and mentoring high school girls through various organizations. She is also involved with her children’s school, leading scholarship funds and book drives benefiting local schools in the Denver Metro area. Deidra is honored to serve with the Redland Foundation as a way to connect with and serve our most important generation — our youth.

BRIAN HART, Board Director

Brian considers himself blessed in many ways. He grew up in a close-knit, loving family, had opportunity and success in school and college, enjoys professional success, and has a wonderful wife and son. As a board member with the Redland Foundation, Brian is committed to supporting the organization’s mission to bless children, teens and those in need and to help them achieve their dreams.

JOSIE O’CONNOR, Director

Josie began her participation in charitable activities at a young age. She has remained committed to volunteering by dedicating her time and design skills to benefit organizations that work with at-risk youth and children with disabilities. Serving on the Redland Foundation Board provides an exciting opportunity to become more involved in bringing people together to further benefit children, teens, and their families.
